Job Summary:



As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong pipeline of potential customers for our sales team. This is an entry- to junior-level position ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to break into tech sales or grow in a sales career.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospect and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and email databases. Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads. Follow up on inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit. Schedule meetings/demos between qualified leads and the Account Executive (AE) team. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and outreach activities.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
