organization with an interview service (IaaS) at its core. IaaS & Video Interview Platforms have a combined market size of 5-6Bn USD. It's a niche and new market segment in the B2B sector.

We aim to disrupt the traditional evaluation techniques for screening candidates with completely automated hiring solutions. InCruiter helps companies save their time on candidate evaluation and makes hiring 1.5X faster.

InCruiter is a market leader and one of India's Top 3 players in this segment having a wide range of Clients in the domestic and international market as well. Our major clientele includes Blenheim Chalcot, Betsol, Wabtec, Dassault, UST Global, Systematic Ventures LLC, and so on.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly energetic and goal-oriented

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

who will be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be cold calling, appointment setting, and demo bookings to fuel the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:



Initiate outbound calls daily to reach potential customers from target industries. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or product demos with the Sales Team. Research and identify key decision-makers across target accounts. Follow-up on inbound leads via phone and email for conversion to demos. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and interaction details. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for call volume, appointments, and demos. Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize messaging and campaigns.

Must Have:



6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B cold calling or lead generation (preferably in SaaS/HR Tech). Strong communication and persuasion skills -- you're not afraid of picking up the phone! Ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward. Organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a high-performance sales team. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
