We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative to help us expand our clientele.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Required Qualification:
Graduates/ MBAs with Specialization in Business Management/Marketing.
Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of AgroChemical/ Agricultural Product Sales.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Local Language will be an additional advantage.

Develop markets in the zone/territory allocated
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Assess potential distributors & dealers in the location
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Appoint, create & manage network of distributors & dealers
Lead generation & researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Product demonstration, training to distributors, dealers & farmers
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Complaint handling on behalf of distributors, dealers & farmers
Build relationship with key stakeholders to expand market potential
Attending conferences and industry events
Benefits: Annual CTC 5 - 6 Lacs per annum (inclusive of target based variable pay), Mediclaim insurance for self, spouse, and dependent children, up to INR Up to 1.5 Lacs per annum.
