Key Responsibilities:
Connect with colleges and universities to talk about partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key people at these institutions (like placement officers, deans, and faculty).
Give presentations and explain how our products or services can benefit their students.
Negotiate and close partnership deals.
Organize and attend events, workshops, and meetings at campuses.
Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Keep track of your progress and share updates with your manager.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in any field (Business or Marketing is a plus).
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in the education field is a bonus).
Good communication and people skills.
Confidence in giving presentations and explaining ideas.
Willing to travel to different colleges/universities if needed.
Motivated, positive attitude, and able to work independently
