We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients, particularly in the design and IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, job boards, databases, and other channels.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy pipeline for the business development team.
Develop and execute strategies to connect with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Product Heads, Marketing Leads, etc.).
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team by effectively pitching our design and IT services.
Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, personalized outreach, and relationship-building.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and design teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics using CRM and automation tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in design agencies or IT consulting/services companies.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and outbound lead generation strategies.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Freshsales, Zoho, etc.), and email automation platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-driven with a growth mindset and target-oriented approach.
Good to Have
Prior experience generating leads for design, software development, or IT consulting services.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS products, or enterprise solutions.
Experience in using AI tools for research and outreach.
