The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential prospects for the sales team. This position is suitable for a young, dynamic individual eager for new challenges.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to B2B prospects to qualify sales opportunities.
Identify the needs of prospects and determine if they are a good fit for the company's solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure effective follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
Participate in team meetings to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Required Skills:
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and meet assigned prospecting targets.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of telephone prospecting techniques and ability to quickly establish a relationship of trust with prospects.
