Role Overview



We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

to join our Ahmedabad team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with potential salon and spa partners. Your goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, and set up meetings for our onboarding and sales team.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively reach out to salon and spa owners via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Generate and qualify new leads by identifying potential business partners. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Trakky and its listing plans. Set up discovery calls and demos for the senior sales/onboarding team. Maintain detailed records of outreach, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on market conversations.

Candidate Requirements



Based in Ahmedabad (mandatory for office-based role). 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Ability to identify client needs and map them to the right solutions. Self-starter with a target-oriented mindset. Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced environments. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
