We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our dynamic team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by managing inbound calls, nurturing leads, and setting up demo meetings for the sales team. This role involves maintaining an organized database, supporting digital marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Management:
Handle outbound calls to potential customers and provide relevant information about our software solutions.
Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and pain points.
Database Management:
Create, update, and maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and customers in the CRM system.(Hubspot)
Ensure data cleanliness and integrity for efficient follow-up and analysis.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up:
Engage with leads through emails, calls, and social media to build and maintain relationships.
Follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline and ensure timely responses.
LSN Activity (Lead Scoring & Nurturing):
Implement lead scoring techniques to prioritize high-value prospects.
Design and execute lead nurturing activities to convert cold leads into warm opportunities.
Demo Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and organize product demo meetings between potential customers and the sales team.
Ensure customers have all necessary information before the demo to maximize engagement.
