RoadCast is a leading logistics automation platform helping businesses scale through our AI-powered mobility management suite. We specialize in vehicle tracking, fleet management, and field force automation solutions.
As part of our expansion, we are hiring an on-ground Field Sales Representative to be stationed at AV Autospa to promote and sell our GPS tracking and mobility solutions directly to walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Be physically present at the site and engage walk-in customers.
Proactively pitch RoadCast's products and services in a clear and effective manner.
Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.
Drive on-the-spot conversions and provide assistance with the purchase process.
Maintain daily records of leads, conversions, and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Uphold a positive and professional brand presence at the location.
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in sales or direct selling (Freshers welcome).
Strong communication and people skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Comfortable with standing for extended hours and engaging customers continuously.
Basic tech-savviness or experience in selling tech products is a plus.
