The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to new and existing customers. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product solutions to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and follow-up details.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and campaigns as required.
