Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end sales cycle
: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and client handover.
Generate qualified leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and inbound channels.
Present and demonstrate IT solutions (SaaS, DaaS, mobile apps, app development, websites) to prospective clients.
Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-5 years of proven experience in
end-to-end IT sales in the Indian market

Strong knowledge of IT services including SaaS, DaaS, mobile applications, app/web development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
