Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and pitch IT service offerings effectively.
Manage the
entire sales cycle
: prospecting, lead nurturing, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and delivery) to align solutions with customer needs.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress in CRM tools.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and IT industry insights.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in
end-to-end IT sales
(SaaS, DaaS, Mobile Apps, App Development).
Proven ability to
generate leads and close sales deals
independently.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and ability to articulate technical offerings in a business context.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
