We're hiring Sales Development Reps who've previously sold B2B SaaS or fintech solutions to Finance, Treasury, or Ops teams or sold any other Saas solutions to following industries:
Target Industries (ICPs)
Logistics & Cross-Border Shipping
Companies managing vendor payouts, freight ops, fuel payments across regions
Pain points: FX costs, banking fragmentation, reconciliation delays
Buyers: CFOs, Controllers, Treasury Managers
HR Tech & Global Payroll Platforms
Platforms like Deel, Oyster, Remote managing global contractors/employees
Pain points: FX inefficiencies, idle cash, platform payouts
Buyers: VP Finance, Payroll Ops, Product Leads
F&B Manufacturers with Global Distribution (e.g., Barramundi Group)
Seafood/export companies with farming and distribution across APAC, US, AU
Pain points: Receivables, airline/HORECA payments, fragmented checkout
Buyers: Head of Commercial Finance, Ops, Treasury Leads
Your Role
As an SDR, you'll be the first touchpoint in our GTM engine. You'll research, engage, and qualify prospects, setting the stage for Finmo's AEs to close deals across global markets.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
Research ICP-fit accounts and stakeholders (Finance, Ops, Treasury)
Run targeted outbound via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email
Personalize messaging with context like expansion, funding, or FX inefficiencies
Qualification & Discovery
Run short discovery calls to understand pain points and fit
Use MEDDIC or similar frameworks for handoff to Account Executives
Collaboration & Reporting
Sync with AEs and Solutions Engineers to refine messaging
Maintain clean CRM (HubSpot) records and track KPIs
Qualifications
What You'll Need
Experience
1-3 years in outbound sales/SDR at a SaaS or fintech company
Proven success selling to Finance/Ops personas
Skills
Strong cold outreach and objection handling
Research & writing skills for personalized messaging
Tools: HubSpot, Apollo/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav
Fluent English (spoken + written)
Bonus Points
Fintech, treasury, or FX-related product experience
Exposure to clients in recruitment, logistics or F&B distribution
