We're expanding aggressively into Dubai and Indonesia markets. We need someone who can open doors, start conversations, and book meetings with Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups.
The Role
We're looking for a tech-savvy, resilient sales hunter who thrives on the phone and loves the chase. You'll be the first voice prospects hear from our company and you'll have to ensure that it's a memorable one.
This is NOT a script-reading telemarketing job. This is strategic outbound sales where you:Research accounts deeply before calling
Personalize every touchpoint across multiple channels
Qualify hard before wasting anyone's time
Use AI and sales tools to work smarter, not just harder
Book 25+ qualified meetings per month
If you get energized by hearing "no" 50 times a day because you know meeting #51 is around the corner, this is your role.
What You'll DoMulti-Channel Outreach (70% of time)Make 50-60 calls per day to C-level executives and decision makers
Send 50 personalized emails per day (not templates, actually personalized)
Execute 20+ LinkedIn connection requests and messages daily
Use WhatsApp for markets where it's culturally appropriate (Indonesia, Dubai)
Follow up persistently but professionally (6-8 touch points per lead)
Execute multi-day sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp
Track every activity meticulously in CRM
Lead Qualification (20% of time)Use BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify prospects
Ask the hard questions early (no time-wasting)
Identify pain points and map them to our solution
Uncover decision-making process and stakeholders
Disqualify fast when it's not a fit (protect sales team's time)
Build champion relationships within target accounts
Document everything in CRM with detailed notes
Meeting Generation (10% of time)Book 20-25 qualified meetings per month for sales team
Send calendar invites with full context and prep notes
Brief sales team before each meeting
Follow up with no-shows aggressively
Track meeting outcomes and win/loss reasons
