Role Overview- This role focuses on driving new business opportunities by engaging potential clients through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn). - You will create qualified opportunities, schedule meetings for Demo Engineers and Account Executives, and design outbound campaigns to highlight the company's value proposition.Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through outbound prospecting in the Americas region.- Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and position solutions effectively.- Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute impactful outreach campaigns.- Maintain accurate lead activity records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum 2 years' experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.- Prior exposure to US-based eCommerce brands is highly desirable.- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).- Keen interest in SaaS and logistics technology.
