Real Estate Sales Development Officer is a professional responsible for generating new business opportunities in the real estate industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing new clients, including property developers, investors, and buyers.
- Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Property Sales: Promoting and selling properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and grow the business.
