About the Role



We are seeking a detail-oriented

Sales Development & Marketing Assistant

to help bridge the gap between digital prospecting and in-person relationship building. In this role, you will be the engine behind our presence at major industry conferences. You will be responsible for identifying high-value targets, managing outreach across professional networks, and coordinating the logistics of executive-level networking.

This is a position for a "strategic hunter"--someone who understands that successful business development is a blend of technical data mining, psychological intuition, and impeccable professional etiquette.

Primary Responsibilities



1. Strategic Prospecting & Data Harvesting



Perform deep-dive research to identify key decision-makers attending upcoming industry events. Utilize advanced tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadGrabber, and web-scraping utilities) to compile attendee directories. Manage technical extraction of participant lists from official conference websites and mobile applications. Maintain and enrich lead data within our CRM, ensuring all contact information is verified and up-to-date.

2. Outreach & Appointment Setting



Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn and Email) to secure high-value "coffee and lunch" meetings for our executive team. Monitor social media signals (hashtags and event groups) to engage with prospects in real-time. Manage executive calendars, sending formal invitations and 24-hour confirmations to minimize "no-shows."

3. Coordination & Brand Representation



Act as the primary point of contact for prospect inquiries, maintaining a high standard of professional communication. Research and recommend appropriate venues (restaurants/cafes) for networking based on prospect seniority and meeting objectives. Ensure all outreach activity complies with platform safety limits (LinkedIn) and international data regulations (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).

Candidate Requirements



Experience:

2+ years in Sales Development (SDR), Virtual Assistance, or B2B Lead Generation.

Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce) and professional automation tools. Familiarity with Android emulators (BlueStacks) for data extraction is a significant plus.

Communication:

Exceptional written English skills; ability to communicate with C-level executives with poise and clarity.

Reliability:

A disciplined self-starter who can manage high-volume tasks without sacrificing quality or account security.

Discretion:

Ability to handle sensitive company and prospect data using secure protocols (1Password/VPN).

Work Environment & Logistics



This is a remote position. Candidates will be working

US time zones

to ensure real-time coordination with US-based business hours. You must have a high-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
