Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced

Sales Development Manager -(MES Projects)

with

proven exposure to Military Engineering Services (MES)

to drive sales, approvals, and project penetration of

Adhunik electrical products

across the assigned zone. The role demands

extensive fieldwork, strong liaison capabilities, and deep understanding of MES procurement and contractor ecosystems



Key Responsibilities



Develop and grow sales of

Lighting, Switchgears, and Electrical products

Handle

MES department

business and understand MES tendering, approvals, and procedures Create and implement strategies to

increase sales in MES and government/institutional segments

Identify and collect

market intelligence

and competitor information for company growth Build and maintain strong relationships with

contractors, consultants, dealers, and government officials

Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into orders Conduct regular meetings with

electrical contractors and project stakeholders

Track market trends and provide feedback to management Achieve assigned sales targets and expand company presence in the market

Eligibility & Experience



Minimum 5-8 years of experience

in

MES-focused business development

and Electricals company (mandatory) Strong knowledge of

electrical products, specifications, and applications

Good understanding of

contractor network and institutional sales

M.Tech (Electrical)/Electricals related qualification candidate preferred

Prior experience in the same assigned zone

is essential Strong understanding of: MES procurement procedures, defence contractor networks, Government project sales cycles

Experience in

Electrical / Lighting / Switchgear manufacturing or trading companies

Exposure to

government projects, MES, institutional or infrastructure sales

Strong communication & negotiation skills Excellent field execution and relationship-building capability High familiarity with MES documentation, approvals, and working culture Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel

We need candidates for 4 locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata & Udhampur (Jammu), those who want relocate willingness (preferred)



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
