This role focuses on leading and growing a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives dedicated to the US market. You will be responsible for driving outbound pipeline generation, building effective strategies, and ensuring consistent quota attainment. The position requires strong leadership, ongoing coaching, and a data-driven approach to monitoring performance and optimizing processes. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine qualification standards, enhance outreach messaging, and strengthen overall pipeline quality. This is a key opportunity to shape long-term sales development strategy in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing SDR team, fostering continuous learning and motivation.
  • Develop and execute creative outbound lead-generation strategies aligned with sales goals.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Optimize outreach processes, lead nurturing workflows, and overall SDR operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine qualification criteria and messaging.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills, product understanding, and outbound effectiveness.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience with at least 2 years in an SDR Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven success managing SDRs targeting the US market and achieving strong outbound pipeline results.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a coaching mindset and the ability to inspire teams.
  • Excellent communicator with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance analysis.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a self-starter attitude and determination to win.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred) and key sales tools.
  • Analytical, organized, and enthusiastic, capable of thriving amid ambiguity and rapid growth.
