Key Responsibilities
Lead the Team:
Hire, train, and guide Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve and exceed lead generation goals.
Find New Markets:
Research and identify new industries, customers, and partnership opportunities.
Build Relationships:
Connect with key partners, clients, and industry leaders to open doors for business growth.
Grow the Pipeline:
Oversee the process of finding and qualifying leads to create a strong sales pipeline.
Track Results:
Set goals, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven improvements to team performance.
Work Together:
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead hand-offs.
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in
B2B business development or sales
(SaaS or tech preferred).
2+ years of experience
leading a sales or business development team
