Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and results-driven
Sales Development Managers
to join our remote EdTech sales team. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, engaging with potential customers (parents/students), driving enrollment conversations, and helping accelerate our business growth during night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales outreach (calls, emails, chats) to prospects and warm leads.
Understand customer needs and effectively present Unischooly's offerings.
Qualify leads and set appointments or demos for enrollment specialists.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to feedback market insights and improve conversions.
Provide excellent customer service while promoting long-term customer satisfaction.
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in EdTech sales
(mandatory)
Proven track record in B2C or tele-sales within the education technology space
Comfortable working
night shift (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM IST)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Basic CRM and MS Office skills
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Familiarity with online education products and student/parent engagement
Excellent follow?up and negotiation capability
Positive attitude and high levels of motivation
