We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Manager who will lead on-ground sales efforts, meet prospective clients, and drive direct revenue growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of SaaS solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers in Hospitals to present SaaS solutions
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation
Understand customer needs and communicate product value effectively
Meet and exceed business development objectives and sales targets as set by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of SaaS B2B field salesexperience
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue achievement
Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience selling SaaS in Healthcare industry
