Recruit, train, and manage Insurance Agents / Advisors*.
Motivate agents to sell life insurance policies. Achieve sales targets through the agent network.

2. Key Responsibilities:



Identify and appoint new agents. Provide product & sales training. Support agents in client meetings and policy closures. Ensure persistency (renewals) of policies.

3. Skills Required:



Good communication & networking skills. Leadership & team management ability. Sales & target orientation.
