Sales Development Manager - Distillery Segment
Experience Required:
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically within the distillery industry.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Sales Development professional who has strong exposure in ENA, Ethanol, and allied products. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in distilleries, strong industry connections, and deep understanding of prohibition laws, statutory compliances, and sales procedures related to ENA, stroke ethanol, and bottling factory / pharmaceutical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand sales of ENA, Ethanol, Stroke Ethanol, and allied products.
Identify and engage potential buyers, including bottling plants, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial users.
Ensure compliance with prohibition norms, state excise policies, and statutory requirements.
Build and maintain strong industry networks with distilleries, traders, and procurement heads.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales growth and market expansion.
Stay updated with industry trends, government policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years (Distillery background is mandatory).
Industry Knowledge:
o ENA (Extra Neutral Alcohol)
o Ethanol & Stroke Ethanol
o Prohibition & Statutory Compliance
o Sales Procedures for Distillery Products
Connections: Strong network across distilleries, bottling units, and pharmaceutical companies.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Multi language - Tamil, English, Hindi.
