Key Responsibilities:



Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present sales reports to management with actionable insights. Drive lead generation, pipeline management, and ensure timely closure of deals. Provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews to the sales team. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
