:- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients- Promote the company\'s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople - Lead Sales Development meetings and role play sessions with the team- Advise reps as they formulate messaging and execute prospecting campaigns to secure new meetings- Hire, Train, and Manage team of Sales Representatives and Enterprise Business Reps- Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and customers through professional demeaner and strong interpersonal skills- Manage outside tele-prospecting agencies for lead generationKey Performance :- Self-motivated and driven by targets- Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written- The ability to influence and negotiate with others- Commercial awareness- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work under pressure- Strong customer service skills (ref:updazz.com)
