Job Summary:



We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented

Sales Development Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with bank partners, driving sales of life insurance products, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain relationships with bank staff to generate leads. Promote and sell life insurance products through the bank's existing customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with bank staff to enhance product knowledge. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support. Maintain proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:



Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in

sales or marketing

(BFSI experience preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Local candidates preferred.
