We are looking for a motivated

Sales Development Executive

to join our trading education team in Delhi. In this role, you will connect with potential students, schedule consultations, and assist with program enrollments. This is a performance-oriented role with attractive incentives and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with leads via calls and online channels Qualify prospects and schedule consultation sessions Clearly and confidently explain trading education programs Handle objections calmly and professionally Maintain accurate records and follow KPIs Participate in call reviews to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

6-24 months of experience in sales, inside sales, or lead handling Strong spoken

English and Hindi

(clear, confident, neutral accent)

. Malayalam is a plus

Comfortable with monitored calls and performance tracking Ability to handle objections without panicking Must be

based in Delhi

or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in education sales, finance, trading, or crypto Experience qualifying high-ticket leads Prior work with international clients
