We are looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our trading education team. The role involves connecting with potential students, scheduling consultations, and assisting with program enrollments. This is a performance-oriented role with attractive incentives.
Responsibilities
Engage with leads via calls and online channels
Qualify prospects and schedule sessions
Explain trading education programs clearly and confidently
Handle objections calmly and professionally
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records
Follow KPIs and participate in call reviews
Requirements
6-24 months experience in sales, inside sales, or lead handling
Strong spoken English and Malayalam (clear, confident, neutral accent)
Comfortable with monitored calls and performance tracking
Ability to handle objections without panicking
Preferred:
Experience in education sales, finance, trading, or crypto
Experience qualifying high-ticket leads
Prior work with international clients
