We are hiring a Sales Development Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling our financial/insurance products. The role requires strong field sales skills, relationship building, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through direct/field sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Educate clients on product features and benefits.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Graduation (Mandatory).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing (BFSI preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
