Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven
Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) Specialist
to join our Sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an
IT services-based company
. If not, strong candidates from
insurance sales backgrounds
will also be considered. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills who can convert qualified leads into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture sales-qualified leads (SQLs) shared by the marketing or lead generation teams
Schedule and coordinate demos of our services or products with prospective clients
Conduct consultative selling by identifying client needs and suggesting tailored solutions
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing documents
Follow up consistently with leads, address objections, and close deals effectively
Work in collaboration with marketing, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales journey
Maintain and update all sales activity and lead information in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or lead management roles
Candidates from
IT service companies
preferred; candidates from
insurance sales
will also be considered
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in proposal writing and pricing models
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as
HubSpot
,
Zoho
, or
Salesforce
Results-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, IT services, or tech-based solution selling
Familiarity with consultative sales methods like SPIN Selling or Challenger Sale
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of demos scheduled and conducted
Conversion rate of SQLs to closed deals
Monthly and quarterly revenue generated
Quality and timeliness of proposals shared
Client satisfaction and feedback post-demo and closure
