We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Executive to help grow Salad Caffe's brand presence, corporate partnerships, and bulk sales--especially targeting health-conscious consumers, corporates, schools, and fitness communities. This role will be focused on increasing daily orders, expanding into new institutional clients, and establishing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential corporate clients, gyms, schools, and hospitals for bulk salad orders or tie-ups.
Pitch Salad Caffe's value proposition: healthy, oil-free meals with plant-based options and reward points on orders.
Generate leads via cold calls, field visits, emails, and local events.
Follow up on leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with marketing to run local campaigns and improve visibility.
Maintain and update CRM records, reports, and order pipelines.
Help develop new sales strategies to meet order targets (e.g., 100 orders/day from institutions).
Work closely with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in F&B or health/wellness sectors).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Knowledge of the Kochi/Kerala market is a plus.
Passion for healthy eating and lifestyle is a bonus.
Compensation:
Basic salary + incentives based on sales performance.
