Key Responsibilities
:
Recruit, train, and guide new sales partners from the open market
Build a strong and productive partner network to achieve business targets
Motivate team members to ensure consistent performance
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and planning sessions with the partner team
Track sales activities and maintain performance reports
Who Can Apply
:
Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
1 to 4 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably field sales)
Good communication, networking, and leadership skills
Target-oriented and self-driven
