Grundfos India is urgently hiring for a sales development professional to join the digital solution team. As Sales Developer, you will be responsible for increasing market penetration rate of Grundfos in the Industry sector for digital solution, especially in targeted verticals. In this role, you will also be responsible for developing new sales opportunities as well as maintaining recurring business with existing customers in the North and Eastern regions. What is the job about As a sales developer drive end-to-end execution of Industrial projects and initiatives to increase brand presence, improve expertise within assigned verticals ( F&B ,Pharma , Mobility , Textile , others ) in Digital Solution Prioritizations. Execution of an operational action plan to grow Industry partners commercial results in Digital Offerings based on a value-based selling approach, energy efficiency studies, and digitalization focus will be prioritization. Other responsibilities include the following activities: Become a sales multiplier and accelerator by supporting sales engineers with energy optimization in their region.(iSolutions multiplier) Play a key role in the promotion of Grundfos Pumps as a reliable and trustworthy partner providing energy-efficient solutions. Geographical sales area responsibility for Industry, having specific commercial and technical input to support the business and market needs to ensure accelerated growth in the assigned market. Specialist and educator in energy optimization, delivering training to Grundfos staff and customers. Work closely with the relevant RSM\'s and ASM\'s to maximize sales based on our energy based sales platform. Key Success Factors Contribute to the Standard to e-transformation by specific commercial and technical input/support Represent at various events, e.g. exhibitions, seminars, customer events, internal & external training with the object of supporting targets As a digital solution ambassador working closely with the local sales team and partners to increase. Number of Order Won opportunities within verticals in digital solution prioritizations Opportunity pipeline growth with a focus on smart system solutions, accelerating digital and data-enhanced solutions, and improving the overall Digital solutions share of the region based on targets What\'s in it for you Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering) with at least 5-6 years of professional experience as a sales engineer or sales developer Relevant industry and technical experience from an international company Relevant experience in Industrial sectors: Industrial contractors, Industrial End Users /Original Equipment Manufacturers (IEMs/ OEMs) Relevant Industry experience preferred (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Mobility, Pump, and other related equipment manufacturers) Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to understand requirements and negotiate solutions with stakeholders.
