Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Dealer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with dealers/distributors, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring excellent customer service at the channel level.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and onboard new dealers within the assigned territory. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer performance and gather market intelligence. Implement and monitor trade promotions, schemes, and product launches. Provide training and support to dealers on product features, pricing, and company policies. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. Monitor dealer stock levels and ensure optimal inventory. Resolve dealer issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor activity updates.
