Enter, update, and maintain sales orders, customer details, pricing, and product information in CRM/ERP systems.
Verify accuracy of sales data received from sales representatives and other departments.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Assist the sales team by providing updated customer and sales information.
Track and record leads, opportunities, and sales conversions.
Coordinate with the sales, finance, and operations teams for order processing and documentation.
Identify data discrepancies and follow up for corrections.
Maintain organized records and ensure data confidentiality.
Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
