The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer inquiries, order processing, and basic sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information (cables, electrical accessories, etc.)
Coordinate with clients for orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines
Assist the sales team with follow-ups, documentation, and reporting
Maintain customer records and update CRM / Excel sheets
Support in preparing sales proposals and quotations
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Work closely with internal teams (store, logistics, accounts)
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
Basic knowledge of electrical/cable products preferred (not mandatory)
Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Customer handling & sales coordination experience
Ability to manage follow-ups and multitask
Qualifications
Any Graduate
1-3 years of experience in Sales Support / Customer Support

As per industry standards (based on experience)
