Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from potential customers regarding iBots
products and services.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads, existing customers, and partners to drive
sales conversions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions. Maintain call logs, track inquiries, and update Excel sheets regularly. Follow up with customers for order closures, payment updates, and after-sales
support.

Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order
execution.

Contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team for
product/service improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (any discipline), preferably with experience in telesales / inside sales /
customer support.

Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi/Telugu/Kannada is an
added advantage).

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Interest in electronics, IoT, and an understanding of engineering/electronic
materials.

Basic knowledge of electronics, IoT, or engineering products is a plus (training will
be provided).

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
