We are looking for a smart and motivated person to handle sales and customer support. The role includes managing leads, following up with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert leads into confirmed sales.
Handle calls and enquiries from customers.
Use
IndiaMart Portal
to manage and grow leads.
Record all enquiries and sales in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with factory and departments for order updates.
Follow up on orders, payments, and issue resolution.
Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports.
Skills Required:
Interest in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Quick learner with good product understanding.
Good communication and people-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
Knowledge of English and one or two Indian languages.
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM).
Calm, polite, and confident in handling customers.
Team player with curiosity and willingness to learn.
