SanoobFit is hiring

female sales and customer service executives

fluent in Malayalam and English to join our growing online fitness platform. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our fitness programs, resolving queries, and guiding them toward healthier choices.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and email Respond to client inquiries and assist in converting leads into sales Explain our fitness services and guide clients to choose the right package Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales conversions Coordinate with the coaching team to ensure smooth onboarding Provide excellent after-sales support and regular check-ins Collect feedback and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Female candidates only

Fluency in Malayalam (basic English required) Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Familiar with basic tools like WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Zoom Access to a quiet home environment with a reliable internet connection Passion for health, wellness, and helping people

Work Schedule:

6 days a week (1 day off)

Afternoon Shift:

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(Shifts may be adjusted based on workload and lead flow)
