This role involves

outbound calling

follow-ups

email communication

basic writing tasks

(training will be provided for Upwork-related work).

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential and existing clients. Handle

customer inquiries and follow-ups

in a professional manner. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Write and reply to

emails

clearly and effectively. Support the sales process by

building relationships and convincing prospects

. Assist with

Upwork writing tasks

(training will be provided). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

Strong

English communication skills

(spoken and written). Excellent

convincing and interpersonal skills

.

Basic computer proficiency

- email handling, data entry, and CRM tools. Good

common sense and problem-solving attitude

. Ability to

work independently

, follow up diligently, and meet targets. Prior experience in

sales, telecalling, or customer support

is preferred but not mandatory.
