Internship Overview
This is a
Sales & Customer Success Internship
designed to train, test, and groom future sales professionals.
Phase 1 (Training, 2 months):
Learn BeamInnovate's products, sharpen communication and presentation skills, shadow client accounts, and actively support our
offline Customer Connect sessions
with CXO-level customers.
Phase 2 (Performance Test, 1 month):
Demonstrate your ability by
bringing in a client lead
or contributing meaningfully to live customer projects.
Outcome:
Successful interns will be offered
full-time sales & customer success roles
.Key Responsibilities
Understand BeamInnovate's products and value propositions.
Conduct research to identify potential leads and markets.
Support sales presentations, pitch decks, and client demos.
Assist in
Customer Connect events
(registration, logistics, customer interaction, note-taking).
Shadow senior team members in customer meetings.
Build and maintain prospect lists, track follow-ups, and document conversations.
Deliver on the
final month KPI
: bring in at least one client lead OR contribute to closing a sales opportunity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Final-year students or recent graduates in
Business, Management, Marketing, or Engineering
.
Strong interest in
Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success
.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Confident in
offline, face-to-face customer interactions
.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven.
