Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers via calls, emails, and walk-ins
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Follow up with existing customers for repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams
Provide accurate service information to customers
