Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and personable
Sales & Customer Relationship Executive
to manage customer interactions, build lasting relationships, close sales, and support lead follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow within a company and enjoys working in a field-oriented, people-facing role. Gain experience in the International market of Import and Export.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Identify potential clients and follow up on hot leads.
Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets.
Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with interested clients.
Travel frequently between Andheri and Borivali to meet with clients and prospects.
Represent NSPL Machines with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain and update records of interactions, leads, and sales in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to assist or close sales effectively.
Highly organized with good time management and follow-up skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel locally between Andheri and Borivali.
A team player who wants to grow within the company and take on larger responsibilities over time.
