Fluent in Hindi & English (Tamil is a plus)
We are looking for a smart and responsible Sales & Customer Relations Executive to join our office-based team. The candidate will not be required to travel for field sales but should manage all customer communication, handle B2B platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, take cold calls, and follow up on both domestic and export leads.
Key Responsibilities
Speak confidently and fluently in Hindi to handle customer calls from across India
Attend incoming inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls via WhatsApp/Phone
Manage accounts on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba:
Respond to leads
Update product listings
Share quotations and brochures
Take cold calls and generate business from new customers
Follow up on existing customer orders, dispatch status, and payments
Maintain lead trackers and report progress to management
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, dispatch, production) for smooth order processing
Assist with export communications and basic documentation support
Required Skills
Fluency in Hindi & English (Verbal and Written)
Experience handling IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia (or willingness to learn)
Strong communication and telephone etiquette
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, and email communication
Understanding of sales funnel and customer handling
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related fields
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer support, or inside sales roles
Prior work experience in manufacturing or trading company is a plus
Basic knowledge of export documentation or coordination is an added advantage
