Key Responsibilities
Customer Care & Experience
Greet walk-ins and callers with empathy, warmth, and professionalism.
Assist with appointment bookings via Calendly and guide customers to self-book.
Capture details via Zoho CRM/Forms and maintain accurate records in VetBuddy.
Provide personalized product and service guidance--without hard selling.
Outbound Calling & Follow-Ups
Make
outbound calls
for sales, appointments and wellness followups
Conduct
Post-service Survey
to check on pet well-being, build trust and incorporate feedback into our improvement process
Engage customers through loyalty rewards, offers, and new service or product launches.
Service Enablement
Connect customers to the right specialists (Vet, Groomer, Cafe staff).
Explain services (Vet, Grooming, Spa, Hotel) clearly, emphasizing preventive and holistic wellness.
Escalate concerns (health, behavior, wellbeing) to on-duty vets and store managers.
Retail & Cafe Engagement
Recommend products aligned with the pet's needs; close transactions
Highlight loyalty rewards and introduce complementary services.
Assist cafe guests with menu items and explain pet nutrition benefits.
Operational Excellence
Conduct daily inventory checks and flag replenishment needs.
Maintain tidiness and hygiene across retail floor, grooming zones, and cafe.
Submit end-of-day closure reports with updates on bookings, sales, and follow-ups
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Strong love for animals and ease with handling both dogs and cats.
Prior experience in
pet care, hospitality, customer service, or retail
preferred.
Excellent communication skills in
English + Kannada/Hindi

Physically active, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented.

Minimum 1-year commitment.
