The Sales cum Store In-Charge is responsible for managing the complete store operations, including sales, customer handling, order management, and stock control. This role ensures smooth daily functioning of the boutique, high customer satisfaction, and strong promotion of designs.
Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling: Greet and assist walk-in customers, Achieve monthly sales targets and support boutique growth, Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Order Handling & Follow-Up
Stock & Store Management:Manage store display & keep visual appeal of the boutique.
Skills:
Strong sales and communication skills.
Good knowledge of fashion, designs, and garments.
Good customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Understanding of fashion and boutique operations.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: As per boutique standards.
