Job Summary:

We are seeking an ITI-certified technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at client sites. The role requires technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Basic understanding of tools and software relevant to diagnostics and repair. Install, test, and set up machinery and equipment. Conduct maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues. Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage. Document all services performed and communicate with the Service Manager. Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
