Job Description

The Sales cum Service Engineer will be responsible for promoting company products, generating sales, and providing technical service support to clients. The role involves both field sales and after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Generate inquiries and follow up with prospective clients for product sales. Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Service Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and maintain company products at customer sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution. Provide training and technical support to customers and operators. Maintain service logs, installation reports, and maintenance schedules. Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, warranty claims, and product improvements. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of [mention relevant product line, e.g., conveyors, electrical panels, automation systems]. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain technical details to non-technical customers. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. Customer-focused attitude and time management skills. Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
