Offer
after-sales service support

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to provide customer feedback for product improvements.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, service logs, and customer documentation.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the textile sector.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
Sound knowledge of
fabric, yarn, and textile processes

2-4 years of experience in
sales/service engineering
within textile or machine manufacturing industries.
Ability to understand technical drawings and machine operations.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
